Position: Digital Marketer & Content Creator

Objective: Enhance the dealership’s brand presence through content creation, paid media, and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns, while also leading event management efforts for a major product launch.


Challenge:

Suzuki Islamabad Motors, a top-performing dealership, needed to strengthen its brand visibility and drive customer engagement through innovative digital marketing and BTL campaigns. Additionally, the launch of the Suzuki Swift 2022 required a comprehensive event and media strategy to ensure its success.

Approach:

  1. Content Creation:
    • Developed high-quality content tailored to Suzuki Islamabad Motors’ target audience, focusing on both product features and customer experience.
    • Managed social media platforms, creating engaging posts, videos, and car showcases to increase online engagement and drive foot traffic to the dealership.
  2. Paid Media Campaigns:
    • Launched targeted paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to promote dealership offers, new car models, and special events.
    • Leveraged geo-targeting to reach potential buyers in Islamabad and surrounding regions, optimizing ad spend for better conversions.
  3. BTL Campaigns Management:
    • Led the execution of 7 successful BTL campaigns across various locations to increase brand presence and engage with customers in-person.
    • Managed all aspects of these campaigns, including planning, team coordination, on-ground activation, and post-campaign analysis to ensure measurable impact.
    • These campaigns featured test drive opportunities, live car demonstrations, and direct interactions with potential customers, fostering a strong local presence.
  4. Event Management: Swift Launch 2022:
    • Played a key role in the launch event for the Suzuki Swift 2022, handling event planning, media coordination, and on-site execution.
    • Collaborated with the media team to maximize coverage and exposure through video content, live event coverage, and influencer collaborations.
    • Ensured a seamless event experience for attendees, contributing to significant interest and inquiries for the Swift model post-launch.
  5. Team Leadership and Training:
    • Led a team of 11 members, including creative and operational staff, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and content strategies.
    • Trained 5 interns, equipping them with hands-on experience in digital marketing, BTL campaigns, and media management, contributing to the overall success of the marketing efforts.
